I think Eddie Vedder picked up some of these facial expressions for later.

I'm not as up on post 1990 music as I am on that that went before.
But when I catch one that grabs me, it does so with a vengeance.

I defy any of you to deny that these are two suberb examples:

Have you ever noticed how the chorus of Rod Stewert's "Downtown Train" has a similar instrumental tune to Sixpence None The Richer's "There She Goes" and John Mellencamp's "Small Town"? I noticed that last year and I was searching for mashups of the three. I didn't find any. However, I do want to know how I can obtain the multitracks of the three songs (doesn't matter how much they cost), so if you know how, please tell me.

Just to note: "Downtown Train" is a Tom Waits song. Rod covered it.

Leonard Cohen: continued from "Yes, Virginia, there is a....." thread

[INDENT]"And the whole damned place goes crazy twice
And it's once for the Devil and once for Christ
But the Boss don't like these dizzy heights
We're Busted in the blinding lights of Closing Time."

See you and raise- "That Don't Make It Junk"
[INDENT]"I fought against the bottle
But I had to do it drunk
Took my diamond to the pawnshop
But that don't make it junk."
