Also, after 2 billion years evolution has decided that men should be attracted to girls who do girlie stuff, such as talking about the color pink, unicorns, pink unicorns and what a bitch Amber/Britney/Heather is for buying the same pink shoes 5 minutes later but wearing them first. These specimens do not go to metal concerts or hippie festivals
On the contrary, I found this hot girl pigsquealing  (form of death metal singing): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QyZSckIjp4c

Disclaimer: I don't find pigsquealing attractive especially if a girl is doing it but I mean damn she is fine....

Oh and I guess she regrets it now saying that it was a "one night thing".... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1bUQFc1K9Sw

Carols from Kings College

I suspect modern technology at work .
I saw the time was 3 pm on Christmas Eve and recalled
putting up the decorations to the sound of it in my tender years.

I caught the end of the solo boy singing the first verse
of "Once in royal David's city" and waited to see how sharp
he had got by the end of it.
Alas he was spot on.
Absolute pitch isn't the be all and end all.

Listen soon.
Meantime apparently the antichrist (sorry I meant Pope)
is about to serve up midnight mass at 10 pm GMT because he
can't stand the fallout.

Bach (and Mozart) had the wit to take the piss out of themselves.
Shostakovitch was long, tedious and required the assistance of Stalin.

Just because I really like one movement of Dimitri's symphonies doesn't mean I wouldn't happily crack his skull open with a baseball bat for being an insufferable socialist stooge.

Bach's music *still* sucks!

It sucks so bad that I will gladly testify that his most famous composition was written by his cook, Wilma Hunting (originally: Chocata & Fudge in Tea). The only thing worse than a Bach piece is 'The Rite of Spring', which is close to the maximum possible 100% in sonic pollution. Even Walt Disney & Dinosaurs weren't able to save this total turkey.

Blackadder: Ah, yes your highness...if I may change one small aspect?
Stravinsky: What?
Blackadder: The notes?

It is hard to believe that the masterpieces

were composed by the same guy!

I thought for one blissful moment you were referring to
Catherine/Euler/Elizabeth/Miranda Richardson (the great).

Many a cunning plan goes to waste.
