If I am testing manually exponents and want to get work credits for them, can I add the results.txt file on my computer that doesn't connect to the internet to the results.txt on my connected to the internet computer?

You can use the [url]www.mersenne.org[/url] site, open the "Manual Testing" menu by clicking on the left pointing arrow and choose "Results".
