LLRNet linux unable to resolve hostnames
LLRNet(linux) seems to be unable to resolve hostnames(when I give "nplb.dynip.telepac.pt" as server, it prints: "unknown host nplb.dynip.telepac.pt" but when I enter the IP adress it works. The same is for "localhost" vs "127.0.0.1". Well,since Carlos' server has dynamic IPs, I can't simply give a fixed IP.
Are you also having these problems? --nuggetprime |
Change port to 6000.
|
It's the same then. Is port 6000 also with dynamic IPs?

Yes but Gary managed under linux to get, test and send a candidate to C6000. |
Interesting... The SR5 version can resolve...
|
We need more people to test the server (nplb.dynip.telepac.pt port 6000)

The issue is for ANY server.

Oh...I though it was only for my server because I changed my modem and I was getting worried. You need to ask Gary or Max because they run llrnet under linux. Carlos |
The SR5 binary is as fast as the NPLB binary,so I see no reason to not use it.
Anyway,If Max/Gary read this and have an advice running it using their binary, that would be nice. --nuggetprime |
Did you process this candidate?
user=5 [2008-12-20 13:38] 341*2^698258-1 is not prime. |
Not that I know. Have you got the following pairs I processed:341/698370 and 341/698390?
