What's with the "User" link at the top of the db page? I click on it and it says "Not yet done". It's been there for a month or more. Is that an unfinished profile options page or something? Why has it been left unfinished for 1 month?
I think it is actually a hold-over from the previous version, that hasn't been restructured. Syd seems to have been pretty busy with other issues of late. He is quick to resolve current technical problems, but I don't know if he's even working anything else with the db right now. I thank him for finding the time he does when things go astray.

I found an error:
http://www.factordb.com/index.php?id=1000000000000039181

It says that the following 183 digit prime divides M39181.

(619^88+1)/2186292173951500570385619280674267083190901682944806805078943042

That is not a factor of M39181. It isn't even of the form 78362*k+1

Primo certificates are broken again, as well. The disk might be filled up with logfiles as discussed around this post.

Not according to the self-test. Of cause a lack of disk space might be causing the shown error.
edit: If you look at http://factordb.com/status.php then you will see all the ids are being checked. Maybe once they are done it will start working again.

Perhaps that is it. I just checked again and still cannot upload or download any valid certificate files. The workers are still "Checking IDs..."

At the rate they are going it will be a few days before they finish.

I tried again tonight and no-go. I guess I can retask this machine...
Perhaps that is it. I just checked again and still cannot upload or download any valid certificate files. The workers are still "Checking IDs..."
Am I missing a way to see what the highest ID is? That way we could see how things are progressing.

I assume that the checking process is keeping a table locked somewhere; the "Quick self-test" throws a fatal error on this one: Checking sorted locking tool (s_lock): ..

last line of 4788 is id=1100000000473387480
I think the ID are given in order, last 'processing' range is
1100000000018870000 so I would say, 4% done?

I would assume that this is probably some clean-up left over from the little mis-adventure recently. I hope our friend gets tired of no feedback and wanders off somewhere else.
