tilp2 problem

I'm currently unable to connect my ti-89 titanium with tilp2(ubuntu) with my computer, It doesn't recognize it. lsusb prints the calculator,but tilp looks equal if I don't attatch the calculator. If necessary, I can post the output of tilp.
