Up-to-date k<300 page
Here is a link to an up-to-date k<300 page:
k<300 page I've kept this up to date with known public info. as well as some info. by PM that people have said is OK to post publicly since ~1 month after the page went hidden at RPS. I've now been informed by Curtis there that it is OK to post the page publicly. The 'reserved by' is the last person that is publicly known to have reserved the k. Finding a higher prime on a k does not change this reservation. It has to be publicly posted. The 'last range status update' is only updated when someone updates their range completed. It is not updated when a prime is found. I'm posting this here because it is also needed by NPLB for double-checking primes and at CRUS to avoid duplication of efforts on powers-of-2 bases. Karsten is likely using a large portion of it for updating his more 'official' page at www.rieselprime.org. Many people at NPLB and RPS have routinely asked for and/or referred to my updated page privately so I thought it was finally time to post it. Although we are mostly searching k>300, I know that some of you also do RPS work so if you see any errors, please let me know. Enjoy! Gary |
Karsten completely updated his k<300 page as of several days ago. At some point, I may stop updating mine. I'll let everyone know if I do. If so, I'll remove this thread entirely because the link to Karsten's page is elsewhere in this forum.

the main page is hidden again

Both Karsten and my page are available. RPS's 15k.org page has been hidden, i.e. password protected, since Jan.-Feb. Is that the "main" page you are referring to? We can't do anything about that one. You'd have to contact the RPS admins. Edit: Mine's about a week out of date at the moment. I'll update it today. Gary |
yes that was was what i was refering to
whoops! i should have noticed the colouring hadnt changed on it:smile: |
Hi
Where is the best place to look for status of Riesels for k < a few thousand? Thanks Sunny  |

It actually goes up as high as you want to go! I think the highest k has > 30 digits! Karsten's intent all along with his page is to list ALL KNOWN Riesel primes! He's come very close with his pages. It's a huge task to keep it updated. Gary |
Yes, its very impressive.

... and these pages will grow further!!!
what i need mostly are reports on still reserved k's (2 or 3 years old) with completed/searched ranges!!! also every small prime is welcome too. i'm filling in from time to time data for heavy weight k's upto n=50k. the next weeks there will be some greater changes.... (easier use, more infos,...) i will post when available! |

After the 4th drive is done, I'll continue on k=303 and 309 as well as the double-checking of k=47 and 53. I would suggest removing Benson's reservations for k=1003-1400. He's clearly not searching in that area any more. Gary |
