Okay, n>900K, no primes so far.
I don´t know, if there will be another change in FFT-length. If not so and with a little bit of luck (Murphy should stay away) it should be finished up to 1M by the end of june. MfG Sven |

MfG Sven
Afraid there is another FFT change. At n>919514, the FFT length will change from 57344 to 65536 (64K, 2^16, note that FFT lengths that are powers of 2 are faster than ones requiring larger factors), which is the last change until above 1M. I used the fft_len tool found here to calculate that FFT cutoff. |

k=325, 335, & 347 are at n=740K. Nothing to report.
Since we have the other 6 unreserved k's loaded into port 9000, I'll go ahead and extend my reservation on the above 3 k's to n=800K. |

I'm at n=930K for k=313 with no primes found. I'll post the lresults file when it gets to n=950K, which should happen before the end of the month.
I'm a bit late, but I've attached the k=313 results from 900K-950K. Still no primes :sad: |
My current status:
k369 ---- Tested to n=714K k371 ---- Tested to n=898K k375 ---- Tested to n=786K k377 ---- Tested to n=824K k379 ---- Tested to n=899K k381 ---- Tested to n=810K k383 ---- Tested to n=877K k385 ---- Tested to n=877K k391 ---- Tested to n=809K |
k=325, 335, & 347 are all now at n=767K. In ~1 week, all k<350 will be at n=800K. :smile:

Ian,
With the 2nd 6k drive now handing out pairs at n>726K and all pairs processed to n>719K, your k=369 at n=714K is now the lowest searched k of any k < 400. You better put that one on a faster core! :smile: Seriously, the response to the 2nd 6k drive has been better than expected. Gary |

k=369 may very well be the last one over the finish line. I have it on that balky AMD quad. At least some testing getting done there. LOL |
k=319
n=925K, still no primes.
But I believe in the 64%-chance. ;) |

Looks like the E8500 is very efficiently on LLRing. Also the privatePRPNet server does his part to let the avaiable boxes work together on one task. If Murphy stays away, I could finish the range sometime next week. For the further work, what is more important: mini-drive or another individual k? I had to say, at the mini-drive I would need 10 files at once, to keep the boxes busily more than two weeks, if it is no problem. |
