Website's use of UTC
 

I can't understand the times shown in the CPU page of My Account. Are they UTC 12-hour? If they really are in 12-hour format, could they please show AM or PM?

I think you've discovered a bug. After triggering some activity, my CPUs page shows "2014-Mar-26 06:18". The current UTC time was 18:18, or 1:18 PM in my time zone. I believe the page is showing the time in 12-hour UTC without AM/PM (making it ambiguous), where elsewhere the site uses 24-hour UTC time (e.g. the status report at [url]http://www.mersenne.org/primenet/[/url] is dated "2014-03-26 18:00 UTC"). It should probably be 24-hour time, like the rest.
