BTW is it time yet to open up more range?
New ranges usually result in a flurry of updates, and I won't be able to do any updates until next Friday, so let's hold off another week.

I'll work on 3321929041 to 71 bits, and 3321929053 also to 71 bits.

It makes me sad to see the dips in the early part of the progress chart, so I'll patch them.

P3-500 working on them 24-5. (work requires computers turned off over weekends)

Thank you Curtis.

I'll update the status list later.

Anyway, I think that Uncwilly could help you with 100MDP
In the thread you mention I agreed for my mistake about confusing thw word _digit_ with _bits_

Anyway.. no big deal...

I will continue factor this exponent from 69 to 70, as you Luigi suggested in the first place..

Cu around.
Wakko, are you still working on 3321930173 from 69 to 70 bits?

Or would you like to unreserve your esponent?

3321932953 from 60 to 65 bits reserved

ValerieVonck 2005-02-16 07:31

3321932947 from 60 to 63

VBCurtis 2005-02-18 03:56

I started a third machine on Operation Billion Digits; I'm reserving the following three numbers to 66 bits:
3321932093
3321932111
3321932123
After 6 years of GIMPS working longer for fewer results, it's really entertaining to get results on these old slow machines-- thanks to Luigi and UncWilly for administering OBD and the 100M digit search.
