RPS 9th Drive: Yet Another Bunch of High-Weight Ks

We are starting yet another high-weight drive with 40 Ks, 10000 < k < 30000. Multipliers were selected by Thomas based on weight and the number of primes for small exponents (n<30000).

We are starting with the following 34 Ks from n=400000:
11655, 11961, 12045, 12753, 13065, 13845, 14895,
15645, 16485, 16665, 16887, 18525, 18975, 19635,
20145, 20625, 21825, 21885, 22095, 22365, 22701,
22785, 23295, 23805, 25077, 26829, 27615, 28215,
28605, 28665, 29025, 29445, 29685, 29925.

The following six are also being sieved but they are already tested by Beyond and are not included in test files. They will be added to the drive later:
17295, 21285, 21525, 23985, 25905, 28635.

All candidates were sieved to p=12T mostly by Thomas, helped by cipher, Dave, and me. The range of n is 400k-1M.
