You tested only k=3329 from n=3330000?
For a Nash weight that low you tested only 516 n-values to find such prime. Lucky hit.
I had testing going on for 6 different k's, so I tested more like 3000-4000 candidates overall, still very lucky find. I was also surprised to find a prime with the k that had the lowest weight of these 6 k's.

Non-essential fun facts:
1) k=195 is the highest Nash weight k in RSP k<300, with a weight of 4106, followed by k=45 at weight 3747.
2) The last prime for k=195 was for n=1983875, found in 2014 by Peter Benson
3) My first prime since Aug 2008 (152521 digits) - i took a ca. 11 year hiatus from prime searching
4) First prime since I restarted prime searching in summer/autumn 2019, was really waiting for this
5) My first megaprime
