California’s statement of information filed in July 2021. Next update due in July 2023.
Is this a typo, or is it some aspect of Californian law I do not understand? "Filed" implies past tense. July 2021 is still in the future. Should it read "will be filed" or "July 2020"? |
Thanks for the correction. Filed July 2020, next one due July 2022.
California requires a filing a simple Statement of Information that lists a tax-exempt corporation's legal address and officers along with a $10 filing fee. |
