OK, so who would be the one(s) to go to? Last time I came to understand that this issue was not something trivial and required input from George. Is that (still) the case? Who would need to communicate with whom to make a start on this?
Last time I came to understand that this issue was not something trivial and required input from George. Is that (still) the case? Who would need to communicate with whom to make a start on this?
Send an email to me and George with a sample result line (new P1 effort with higher bounds on an alreadyfactored exponent) and we'll look into why it's not behaving as it should.

The results.txt was included in Tha's description.
I just submitted the P1 line via the web page and the exponent's history now shows the P1 activity. So, it looks like the problem is limited to the automatic reporting of results. If possible, can you resubmit your P1 results via the manual web page?
Build 6 (see post #1 for links) is now available.

Thanks, all fixed. The build process is not automated and prone to human error.

Is it safe to update the executable in the middle of a run?

Depends on from which version you are upgrading and what type of work you are doing. Generally, yes.
How did you do that? I tried submitting the following again today through the manual results web page to no avail
Thank you for the example. I think I've spotted a problem in the code, we need to examine it more closely and devise a fix.

If I recall it correctly there used to be an option listed in undoc.txt about forcing mprime/prime95 to do a stage2 even if a factor is found in stage 1. I couldn't find anything about it in the current version. Did we ever have that option and if so, do we still have that option or can we have it?
