The attached file contains the 4-5M range, including already tested ones.
Please help yourself by extracting the range you want to test.
Extensively sieved by Psieve (latest update of June 22, 2014)
(36651 candidates).

Taking 4660-4700 to even out (next FFT size kicks in a bit before 4.66M).

1/100th of 4.7M<n<=5M candidates is also tested. All untested candidates are attached in the zip, for convenience.
The runtimes for the remaining 10902 candidates is ~3hr each (on AVX), ~1.5hr (on FMA. e.g. Xeon v3), and some longer time on non-AVX CPUs.
