513*2^6250111 is prime!
This was from port 4000 found a couple of days ago. Gary noticed I missed seeing it. Thanks.
985*2^6220331 is prime (Range)

473*2^6261841 is prime

399*2^7684391 is prime

835*2^6274771 is prime

869*2^6295161 is prime

861*2^6304631 is a confirmed prime

595*2^6297571 is prime

885*2^6310041 is a confirmed prime

987*2^6316661 is prime

855*2^6327911 is prime

845*2^6333901 is prime

Well...all that I had to do was comment that all the quads on port 4000 weren't yielding a prime while one quad on port 8000 had yielded several primes and out pops a prime for port 4000:
503*2^6341341 is prime  Gary
405*2^6346081 is confirmed prime
507*2^6382961 is prime
843*2^6369551 is prime

845*2^6378481 is prime

The first prime from the 6k minidrive:
315*2^6138541 is prime
The first prime from the 6k minidrive:
has it started then?
i haven't seen any posts about it today
That's because it has been going for almost a week. See here and here in the individualk thread. It's not a formal drive so there is no separate thread. It's just part of the individualk drive. Gary
893*2^6394401 is prime

From the 6k minidrive:
321*2^6287341 is prime
861*2^6453931 is a confirmed prime

321*2^6508181 is prime

849*2^6469681 is prime

315*2^6592321 is new prime!
PS: 6 k's, 4 primes from only 2 k's: 315 and 321!
805*2^6472771 is prime

921*2^6479911 is prime

321*2^6667971 is prime
Only k=315 and 321 seem to be able to score from the 6k drive. That's 3 for k=321 and 2 for k=315. Gary
829*2^6491491 is prime

383*2^6083401 is prime

321*2^6824931 is prime
The trend continues on the 6k drive: For k=315/321/327/333/339/345, that's 4 primes for k=321, 2 primes for k=315, and none for the others.
381*2^6189291 is prime

915*2^6523531 is a confirmed prime

After an extremely long dry spell on the 5th drive:
533*2^6560001 is prime The last prime was at n=~638K. I counted 7 primes for the 7th drive between the 5th drive's last prime at n=~638K and the 7th drive's current search limit, which is nearing 653K. Gary
905*2^6529081 is prime

459*2^6572721 is prime

375*2^6396211 is prime

573*2^6578071 is prime (new)

801*2^6553621 is prime

breaking the rule for the 6k team effort:
333*2^7106781 is prime, the first non315/321prime!
Oh, yes!
Getting up there into the sweet spot. That's 213,938 digits taking 3rd place overall in the Automated NPLB stats. Well done!
319*2^6710091 is prime

319*2^6297831 is prime

815*2^6586321 is prime

next prime for 6keffort:
333*2^7175101 only ~7000 after last prime for k=333!
893*2^6595861 is prime

In the top 10 as our 7th largest and a new PB for you
In the top 10 as our 7th largest and a new PB for you
Hopefully by the time we finish Drives 5, 6, & 7 we can have many PB's for everyone. They are getting harder to find in these upper ranges.
325*2^6504931 is prime

385*2^6543491 is prime

At last, another prime on the quite barren 5th drive:
563*2^6645681 is prime
937*2^6621811 is prime

The extraordinaly long barren range for new primes continues on the 6th drive:
705*2^6300071 is confirmed prime No new primes since n=~618K. Bleh.
875*2^6631621 is prime

from my reservation of individual k's for n=600k620k:
363*2^6122911 is new prime
825*2^6654641 is a confirmed prime

979*2^6670871 is prime

929*2^6674601 is prime

383*2^7368761 is prime

Breaking a long drought for new primes on the 6th drive:
733*2^6323871 is prime Edit: Karsten, I just noticed this: This is the 5th lowest weight k in the 6th drive and its first prime since n=272251! Interestingly for its weight of just 407, it now has a surprisingly large # of primes: 13. Gary
375*2^7178841 is prime

After a nearly n=14K range without a new prime in the 6th drive, it scores its 2nd one in an n=1500 range:
777*2^6339011 is prime
Primes are, oh wait, you've heard it.

601*2^6353751 is prime
... is [n=5] a new record?
I don't recall precisely, but I don't think so. I'm pretty sure that there's some that are n=0 to 2 apart. Still an extremely close pair, though, congrats!
look here http://www.mersenneforum.org/showpost.php?p=153718&postcount=2 for a small summary of different kvalues with near nvalues.
that last pair is quite remarkable and i think i have to update the summary the next days!

Yes it is a Riesel record for k<=1001 and n>600K according to Karsten's list in the link that he posted.
Here's one for one of the most prolific k's 300<k<=1001:
741*2^6401751 is prime
371*2^7737621 is prime

385*2^7716271 is prime

Added 87961 : 417*2^6678781 (201054 digits)

699*2^6422891 is prime

783*2^6431461 is prime

The 6th drive is popping them out now:
797*2^6442201 is prime It looks like Vaughan has one also from that drive.
Added 87986 : 609*2^6441811 (193921 digits)

607*2^6448611 is prime

Already in database 82602 : 465*2^6687011
If this is in the wrong thread, feel free to move it. This one came from Port 4000. May I make a suggestion? Please put the port #### in the title of the thread so I know which thread I should be putting these in. I still can't make heads or tails out of the thread titles the way they are. Admin edit: Moved to this thread and the ports added to the 1st line in the 1st post of each thread.
Added 88006 : 717*2^6458971 (194438 digits)

Since it appears that we don't have an Email address for SazanEyes, I have sent him a PM about a prime that he found on the 5th drive.
It's nice to see us picking up more k<800 primes now. We've definitely needed to push our 5th and 6th drives a little.
Did you look to see if he's registered on the NPLB Forum?
If so, the email addy would be there. :)

Found it, copy and pasted into the database so the autonotify emailer can do it's thing.

493*2^6691511 is prime (201438 digits)
My first prime! I submitted it to the top 5000 site.
Congratulations! May you find many many more.

My first prime! I submitted it to the top 5000 site.
Nice job all around. The Top 5000 entry looks perfect. Thats a pretty big prime for being the first.
after 6 weeks without any primes the next one for the 6k's 'drive':
333*2^7839271 is prime! (the 2nd largest found via LLRnet so far!) stats now: n=600k to 784k: 2 primes for k=315 3 primes for k=333 4 primes for k=321 no primes for k=327, 339, 345!
Added 88070 : 741*2^6496211 (195559 digits)

Added 88071 : 793*2^6497471 (195597 digits)
