I think this string has to be on the same line as the sequence number and sequences can't be dropped and added on the same line.

It looks like the script doesn't use the local allseq.txt to add reservations when the online version isn't available. It writes it to disk but never reads it.

Alfred, please check to see whether a sequence is already reserved before reserving it. 8154 is clearly shown in the list found on the lead post as being reserved to fivemack. You're free to work on any free sequence, but please make sure it's free first.
