There tends to be two flavors floating around. The one I usually follow is the 1/3 GNFS rule. So this number is 155/3 or about 51.67 or a full t50 plus nearly 2/5 of t55, or another 6000 @ 11e7. We are still days, if not weeks, away from poly selection time.

GNFS 155 job takes 5-6 weeks on my computer, and a full t50 takes 9 days on the same machine.

Sorry, it takes about 4 (instead of 5-6) weeks, so I use (GNFS digits [B]- 6[/B])/3 rule.

I use the timing from a GNFS 155 job I ran with the 64-bit siever, then divide it with four to get ECM time.
Because the 64-bit siever brings 2x speedup over its 32-bit counterpart, and each 6 digits added also mean 2x longer job, I think 6 is to be subtracted from the GNFS digits first.
